1000 Arm Chenrezig Practice
First Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Also known as Avalokiteshvara, Kuan Yin, and Kannon, Chenrezig is the Buddha of Compassion. Chenrezig is also our best friend. Our daily meditation on Chenrezig is like touching base with our best friend every day. It is something we can take delight in and appreciate.

Tara
Second Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Tara, “the mother of liberation”, represents the Buddha in female form, and she appears in many aspects.  While all Buddhas have the same omniscient mind, completely free from delusion, the particular activities emphasized in Tara practice are enlightened activity (Green Tara); long life, compassion, and protection (White Tara), etc. The 21 Taras practice focuses on many of these qualities within one practice.

Vajrasattva
Third Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Vajrasattva represents the Buddha in the aspect of purification of negative karma. By focusing on the clear white stream of nectar flowing into us as we chant Vajrasattva's mantra, we cleanse our mindstream of negative imprints accumulated over eons of time, removing powerful obstacles to our spiritual practice.

Manjushri
Alternating Fourth Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Manjushri practice emphasizes wisdom. Manjushri’s sword cuts through all delusion, empowering practitioners to think clearly and intelligently – both within the sphere of worldly actions, and ultimately, unlocking our innate Buddha potential to manifest complete enlightenment.

Medicine Buddha
Alternating Fourth Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Medicine Buddha practice helps us to overcome all disease and sickness. By following the three principle aspects of the path - the basis for tantric practice, we gradually overcome ordinary physical sickness. By practicing the yoga which conjoins  the clear appearance of oneself as deity, with a recognition of one’s ultimate nature, we overcome the diseases of death and self-centered peace.

35 Confession Buddhas
Alternating Fifth Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm
The 35 Confession Buddhas are first mentioned in one of the Buddha’s sutras. They represent a particular powerful means to purify negative actions, thus clearing away obstacles of our spiritual practice. By employing the four opponent powers: reliance, regret, remedial action, and resolve, conjoined with prostration to the 35 Buddhas, and recitation of the prayer, eons of negative karma can be quickly purified.

The Sutra of Golden Light
Alternating Fifth Wednesday of the month 7:00 - 8:30 pm
According to Lama Zopa Rinpoche, reciting this sutra is very important for establishing peace and harmony on Earth.
