A Buddhist nun since 1974, Sangye Khadro trained in Nepal and India for many years. She is the author of How to Meditate (Wisdom Publications), and she is currently the resident teacher at Amitabha Buddhist Centre in Singapore.

Venerable will lead us in a practice called "The Inseparability of the Spiritual Master and Avalokitesvara", the text of which was written by His Holiness himself when he was 19.

Venerable will explain useful methods for preparing for death and helping others through the death process.

Working with Emotions

Saturday, July 8, 10:00am - 12:00pm, 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Venerable will explain various techniques for dealing with difficult emotions that prevent us from realizing our wish to be happy and benefit others.
